The Carolina Bad Boys by Rie Warren

At the risk of going all fan-girly here, I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoy Rie Warren’s particular brand of sass , humor and someone-get-a-bucket-of-ice-water love scenes in each of her Carolina Bad Boys series.

Why these books kicked ass:

They are funny, well written and blow-me-down sexy. Her command of writing the male POV is second to none and at times laugh out loud funny. I have loved all hard-working, no-nonsense men she brings to life, and love even more that I find myself smiling as I read them.

Start with Stone At Your Service, the tale of the owner of a garage in South Carolina. His surrounding cast of characters will become a second family for you, and his love story comes complete with a precocious youngster who will steal you heart.

When you finish that book, I know you are going to want to dive right into Love In The Fast Lane. Nicky Love, romance author (yeah, you read that right) will steal your heart as he woos Kat Steele. His story is filled with the kind of heart warming, hot loving I’ve come to expect from Warren.

But don’t stop there. I’m not sure how Warren managed this, but she made me want to be Ashe Kingston every time Brodie Steele touched her. Not just because he is the ultimate bad boy, but because of his heart of gold. He thought he’d be able to get Ashe out of his system in a week. I was happy to watch his journey from bad ass motorcycle club president to the most wonderful family man. Family has always been important to Brodie and I love the way Warren detailed his evolution.

I’m just going to give you the blurb for the first book, because even though you do not have to read in order, you won’t regret doing it.

Stone At Your Service

Hell on wheels meets hell in high heels.
Bad boy mechanic Josh Stone likes to get his hands dirty any way he can—the filthier, the better. Ever since his wife walked out on him and their young son, he’s only had room in his heart for two loves: the kid and cars.
Roped into playing his best buddy’s gay boyfriend during a romance writers convention, the player meets the girl who’s gonna rock his world. Leelee Songchild. Shy, bashful, beautiful Leelee who blushes at the drop of a hat yet writes hardcore smut to rival Josh’s backlist of Penthouse Forum.
The only problem is his hands are tied. Josh can’t stab his old friend/fake lover in the back even though all he wants to do is take luscious Leelee to bed, and maybe, love her. When the truth comes out, all hell breaks loose.
Too bad romance is just for books.

You can find theses books in digital and print on Amazon. Really, I can’t say enough good about these books. Just go read them for yourselves. They definitely kick ass. I can’t wait for the next installment.
